Precautions for using leather hanging conveyor:
1. The equipment should be started without load and can only be loaded after normal operation. It is prohibited to load before starting;
2. After starting up, idle for 3-5 minutes to check if all parts are normal and if the belt is loose, slipping, or running off. If there is any, adjust the M20 tension bolts at both ends of the driven roller and lock it;
3. Strictly control the conveying capacity of equipment and prohibit overloading, which may cause premature damage to components;
4. Check for any abnormal noises in the driving roller, driven roller, bearing seat, and transmission sprocket (gear). If there is any looseness in the chain, the adjusting bolt of the motor board edge measurement can be adjusted to tighten it. Apply lubricating grease to the bearing seat and chain once a week, tighten the sprocket stop screw to prevent sprocket movement;
5. Regularly inspect the belt bracket, roller, motor, bearing seat, and connecting bolts of various parts, and tighten them in a timely manner if any looseness is found;
6. When the belt deviates during operation, it should be stopped for adjustment and not forced to use to avoid wear on the edges and increased load;
7. When several conveyors are moving in series, they should be started in sequence from the discharge end and can only be loaded after all are running;
8. It is strictly prohibited to maintain and repair equipment during operation, to avoid hands or other objects being caught in the belt and causing personal injury.
